You can access this wizard from the Product Record:

  • Navigate to a specific product's record page.
  • Find the "Materials" tab or section.
  • Find the Material you wish to edit.
  • Select the "pencil" icon to open Material options.
  • Select "Set Material Usage" to open the Product Material Wizard.

2. Using the Product Material Wizard

This wizard helps you add or edit material usage for a specific product.

  • Introduction
    • The wizard provides an overview of its purpose and how the information will be used.
  • Quantity Used
    • Specify how much of the material is used for one product.
    • Choose between percentage or units.
    • Enter the amount used.
  • Total Units (if applicable)
    • If you're using units (not percentage), specify the total units in the entire material purchase.
